Gackattack Capsels

The company that created the Gackattack antivomiting serup has a new product: capsels for a "Gack on the Go", intended for children with carsickness. During a practice session with the penguins, Duchess Lucinda swindled the prototype of the new Gackattack Capsels from the Factory CEO himself, so when she competes against Rico again, she'll have a "much fairer playing field". As an outcome, Rico blames her for sabotage, but he's outvoted by Kowalski and Skipper who point out all's fair in war (Private's vote is still undecided).
