GeneralEdit

  • The brand of airline on the Concorde jet which the animals use to get to Scotland is "Generic Airways Ltd."
  • The Car Guy's car resembles a red Ford Fiesta from the year 2007.
  • The level crossing at which the train hits the Car Guy's car is slightly north-east of the town centre of Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland.
  • The "super-powered triple-deck" stretch Rolls-Royce Limousine that the animals use to get from the forest to Aviemore is equipped with a V16 engine - which is uncommon as a car engine in real life.
  • The penguins and lemurs have their series actors and series designs, with the exception of Mort.
  • Originally, association football manager Mark Hughes was cast for the voice of Toby. However, Hughes' gruff voice was deemed unsuitable for the character of Toby - the young polecat - so singer Rita Ora was cast to replace Hughes.
  • This is the first movie in which Skipper calls Julien "Ringtail", as he does in the series.
