Kowalski builds a Rico-Inator, which makes anything and anyone transform into the shape and body of Rico. He first tests it on a plushie toy of Private, then he tests it on the real Private, who becomes Rico. Then Kowalski and Skipper also test it on themselves so they know what Rico feels like. But when they all stay in the Rico body too long, they become an actual Rico. So the Kowalski Rico finds a way to turn themselves back to normal before everybody thinks Private, Kowalski and Skipper have ran away.
