Tiki Island is the headquarters of Skipper, Kowalski, Rico and Private (besides central park zoo) near Galveston Texas. It is shown in the video game of the Penguins of Madagascar movie.

The island seem to be small as one side of the island can be seen from the other side, natural wildlife inhabiting the island include beach-loving plants and some marine animals.
The island had a small pier for a boat to dock, plus an inflatable bounce house and numerous boardwalks, there are also water pipes (leading to rumor there may be a man-made outpost somewhere on the island), decorations and net on a wall to climb onto a platform, in the water were nets stretched out a few inches from shore and kept by buoys, creating an underwater fence. possibly for safety as it is the only place you can swim (at least in the video game).
